EXCHANGE / REFUND/ RETURN POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date for Damage and wrong product. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.

To return an item, please email customer service at support@Vasuyashi.com with a clear video that shows the product’s defects along with your Order ID. Your order will be picked up within 4 working days, and we’ll work on sending you a replacement within 3 working days upon receipt of the product by our team.

We do not offer refunds after orders have been shipped. In the case of a defective product, we only offer replacements.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong Product was selected at the time of purchase. We suggest reconfirming the device details before proceeding with order to avoid any inconvenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

An order can only be canceled before it is processed, customers need to email us at info@vasuyashi.com or call us at +919971461002 for placing a cancellation request.

At www. vasuyashi.com we reserve the right to refuse to cancel an order if the order has been processed and dispatched.

We will get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your cancellation request.


CANCELLATION OF ORDER DUE TO DELIVERY:

Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times at the delivery address. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, the package will be returned to the Head Office Warehouse in 415 ,AVS City Square, Raj Nagar Extension , Ghaziabad , 201017 , U.P , India.

On receiving the package we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you we shall consider the order as Terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the Termination of the order.
